There is very little in the body only saying to see attached file. I do not recommend looking at attached files of messages with red flags, but I did pull it up to see what additional red flags are to be found:

The wording of the message is clear that English was not the person’s native language. It is also very non-professional.

There is an urgency (you only have 48 hours to respond)
